professional quality at home
We enjoyed using a similar BaByliss hair dryer at a hotel so we ordered this one which was well-priced (comparatively speaking - some dryers go for 2 - 3 times the price). The ergonomic handle is comfortable to hold and the tourmaline seems to dry the hair more quickly and with a smoother result. I like the concentrator nozzle, too. The controls are easily adjusted with a finger of your gripping hand while the unit is being used. I also like the light strip that visually shows the strength of both the heat and fan.

No Regrets!
I purchased the dryer about a month ago, and have used it 4 times. I have relaxed black hair, but am transitioning to natural (so I have a a lot of thick, frizzy/curly new growth).
It dries extremely fast-usually in about 10 minutes. I have noticed that my hair is smoother after using it, and retains a nice healthy glow. My hair also looks a bit straighter than when I had been using my other blow dryer. Unfortunately, even though overall my hair looks smoother, there still seems to be a lot of unnecessary static and random, stick straight pieces of hair and flyaways after use.

Over all I give it '4 stars' meaning that I would definitely recommend this product to others (it does the job very well!) but I don't think it's the best out there. I'll definitely be looking for a better one in a few years.
