WILL NOT WORK!!!!
I received this item for a gift, my hair is hard to curl. When I opened the package and plugged it in it would not stay on. The only way to make it heat up was to continuously hold the on button. I quickly returned it for a new one (amazon made that very easy). I received the new one within less than a week. This one would not even turn on at all. I am very disappointed. I own two other Babyliss products and am very happy with them, I was sad to have this product be so terrible.
